MATERIALS:
HDPE
High-density polyethylene is a plastic material produced by extrusion and supplied in sheets of various thicknesses. Thanks to its many advantages including ease of processing, this material has become an essential material.
Main features:
- Unbreakable: one of the most notable virtues is the ability to absorb shocks thanks to its elasticity. Before breaking it regains its initial shape.
- Safe: even in moments of breakage, polyethylene does not generate sharp edges.
- Scratches: on polyethylene, scratches have the same appearance and color as the material and being a plastic material, it has the ability to “absorb” them and hide them up to 30%.
- Resistant to ultraviolet rays.
- Anti-vandalism: the high-density polyethylene is a non-porous material. This means that any paint used is easy to clean.
- Mechanical strength: the mechanical stress of cutting polyethylene is produced with more than 400% of the effort required to break the HPL.
- Fire safety: it does not transmit fire and is very difficult to burn. Polyethylene, in contact with fire, deforms and burns, but does not transmit flames.
- Maintenance: Under normal conditions, HDPE does not require maintenance, which means a great advantage and saving of resources.
- Recycling: polyethylene, within certain limits, can be recycled indefinitely.
METAL
Stainless, black, zinc plated, or zinc plated, depending on the product and needs.
- Black steel: used in more complex models or in plates of special thickness, like anchors or structural accessories.
- Galvanized steel: mainly used in bent fittings or flat sheets.
- Stainless steel: used for models From AISI-304 to AISI-16.
