PARK TREES OF VIGATTO
Natural colors, environmentally friendly and recyclable materials and maximum safety for children while playing are the strengths of the playground created by Gea Fun Experience in Alberi di Vigatto, near Parma. The installation was commissioned by the parish, in the parish garden adjacent to the church, and offers children a new park experience, with three towers, a slide, two climbing walls, a swinging bridge, a pole and a horizontal staircase.
WHERE IS IT
The playground is located in the parish garden of the church of Alberi di Vigatto, a hamlet of the municipality of Parma.
MAINTENANCE AND REDEVELOPMENT OF THE GREEN AREA
The will of the parish was to redevelop the green area, which was always very popular with children and families in the area, to make it more welcoming and safe. During an initial inspection, the Gea technicians analyzed the existing structures and evaluated the interventions necessary for the safety of the play area. Three proposals formulated by Gea (different in shape and type) and analyzed by the clients, whose choice ultimately fell on the solution that would have best been able to meet the needs of the community.
A NEW PARK EXPERIENCE
<naturalness> is the key word of this play system, made of anti-mold and anti-splinter treated wood (with stainless steel bolts that guarantee a long-lasting and safe tightening) to which natural colors such as yellow and blue offer a touch of light. sober and warm. The safety of children during play is guaranteed by the anti-trauma flooring in 2-3 mm rounded gravel, which allows small users to let off steam on a system consisting of two towers - and a third ladder tower - a slide of 145 cm, two several climbing walls for access, a swinging bridge, a pole on which to improvise firefighters, a horizontal ladder 2 meters high and a ladder to access the upper part of the structure.
The play area complies with the en1176 / 77 standard, while the choice of gravel as an anti-trauma flooring and the construction material ensure that the CAMM, or the Minimum Environmental Criteria, are respected.
